lia pamina

First of two sweet things adorably decorating the Elefant imprint, first up the softly twinkled affectionate pop musings of Lia Pamina who you may recall we mentioned a little while back when our lobes hooked upon the delightfully delicate pop bouquet ‘walking away’. Anyhow here’s more of her sunny sided 60’s Francophile homages in the shape of ‘Better Off Without You’ – a wonderfully willowy cut typically purred in lush lilts and a fondly fragile spraying of sparsely spared effervescence which in another time and space might well have been mistaken for some hitherto secret studio meeting between somewhat shy and retiring Ladybug Transistor and Camera Obscura types.
