st james infirmary

Remaining with Aetheric for their second visit for now, St James Infirmary, better known to kith n’ kin as GW Lang, steps momentarily from the shadows with the 17 minute microsonic mosaic ‘aorta of dulcimer’. A strangely disconnecting and fragmenting eerie, stilled in spectral chamber tones ghosted in a glitchy texturing and charred with a noir chilling which conspired as one, emits a hollowing sense of the forgotten and the lost as though vague memories walled up in an abandoned dwelling, certainly enough morose melancholy and frosted paranoia afoot here as to affect a somewhat dark shadow walking sinister symphony to grace an as yet unmade fog bound and brooding horror psychological flick. https://aetheric-records.bandcamp.com/album/aorta-of-dulcimer
