I’m not altogether certain whether this was part of a batch of downloads sent over by the Home Normal folk (who incidentally are celebrating 10 years of releasing classicist perfection) in a recent email which annoyingly for now, we appear to have lost in the chaos we laughingly call the inbox. So while we go on a rummage wading through message after message in search of the errant missive, here’s the beautifully forlorn ‘falling backwards’ from James Murray’s album of the same name. Another of those heart heavy divines I’m afraid, an angel sigh emerging through the twilight fog softly undulating to a genteel pulse and sounding not unlike some captured moment from Sigur Ros’ ‘Svefn-g-englar’ magnified and delicately touched with the celestial not to mention tenderly ached in stately and stilled airlessness haloed with a delicately blistered bruising. https://homenormal.bandcamp.com/album/falling-backwards
